This timeframe includes production, handling, and shipment preparation.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Diamond Custom LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
