Please read before purchasing or downloading any 3D digital files from Diamond Custom LLC.

Basic 3D Printing Knowledge Required

Customers must have basic knowledge of 3D printing, their printer, and slicer software, including preparing files, print orientation, supports, layer height, infill, temperature, speed, and calibration.

No Troubleshooting or Technical Support

Diamond Custom LLC does not provide printer troubleshooting, slicer training, printer setup, or technical support for failed prints, adhesion issues, support settings, filament problems, calibration, or software compatibility. Customers are responsible for making adjustments suitable for their equipment.

Test Printed Files and Variable Results

Every 3D digital file has been test printed before release. However, results may vary between printer brands and models, filament brands and types, slicer software and settings, printer maintenance, and printing conditions. A successful test print does not guarantee identical results on every machine.

Digital Products and Refunds

These listings are for digital files only; no physical product is shipped unless expressly stated. Due to the nature of digital downloads, sales are final and nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying file compatibility and their ability to operate their equipment. Diamond Custom LLC is not responsible for failed prints, wasted filament, or equipment issues caused by settings, equipment limitations, or user error, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
