Sessions are nontransferable. Custom design work and completed products are not included unless separately agreed upon.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e• Preparation: Include the topic you want help with when booking. Have your files, software, equipment, and questions ready before the session.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e• Online appointments: Sessions take place through the meeting method listed in your confirmation. Check the appointment time zone and meeting instructions before joining.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e• Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e• Late arrivals and missed appointments: Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting Diamond Custom, or miss your appointment, the session counts as your monthly benefit.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e• Changes by Diamond Custom: If Diamond Custom must cancel or technical issues on our side prevent the session, you may reschedule without losing your benefit.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e• Subscription changes: Canceling a booking does not cancel your subscription. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed separately through your subscription account.
